Simon Parkinson

Mr. Parkinson has strategic and operational responsibility for all aspects of Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages information technology systems and capabilities. Prior to joining Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages, he held positions of increasing responsibility in the information technology field for more than 25 years throughout the Coca-Cola System, 10 years of which was based in Europe. He also worked for IBM UK in the field of advanced manufacturing technology projects. Simon’s’ experience includes implementations of large ERP platforms, application development, business process re-engineering, governance and project and change management.
