The acceleration of the re-franchising of the North American Coca-Cola Distribution Territories
This means essentially that there won’t be ANY Coke company owned territories / bottlers anymore by the end of 2017 in the entire United States. (The Coca-Cola Company today announced that it is accelerating the pace and scale of its bottler refranchising efforts with plans to refranchise 100% of Company-owned North America bottling territories by the end of 2017). The bottlers that are getting these new territories are either already member of CONA Services or will be if they are big enough in Volume.
