Delivering State-of-the-Art HR Solutions for the North American System
This project started over a year and a half ago, when Bottler, BSNA, and CONA teams came together to select a new state-of-the-art HR solution. These successful Go-Lives (all payroll cycles were also successfully completed) conclude the first of four waves of deployments which will bring on six additional bottling partners over the next few months.

This achievement is also significant because it marks the first go live with SAP SuccessFactors solution that now includes a multi-tenant Recruiting and Onboarding modules. The new solution is a result of a special co-development effort with SAP. The first deployment concludes phase 1 for that multi-tenant development.

Furthermore, the new HR solutions just implemented now provides enhanced mobile capabilities for employees and managers to view, update data and approve workflows.
