CONA Services’ Newest Bottler Member: Southwest Coca-Cola Beverages
April 1st, 2017 – CONA Services welcomes its newest bottler member: Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages (CCSWB) officially joined the ranks of CONA bottlers as approximately 7400 associates transitioned to CCSW (owned by Arca Continental). The scale of this operation now supported by CONA speaks for itself. This transition represents almost 30% of all distribution volume and approximately 40% of all production volume transitioned to date. Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is now the 2nd largest bottler in the United States and one of the top 20 in the world.
On the same weekend Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated (CCBCC) successfully went live with 8 sites and completed its first manufacturing go-live during this transition. Over 1100 associates successfully transitioned to CCBCC.
For CONA Services it was an energizing moment as 48 sites in total went live at the same time on the CONA systems. No major business disruptions for these new sites or our existing bottlers were experienced. The volume added this weekend exceeds all prior go lives. The CONA Services team put more bottler sites onto the CONA systems in the last 3 months than in all of 2016.
