Samantha Mitchell Takes on New Role as Chief Digital Officer for CONA Services LLC
Brett Findley, CEO of CONA Services, states:
“I am excited to announce that Samantha Mitchell has been appointed Chief Digital Officer (CDO) for Coke One North America. During the past two years, Sam has shown great leadership and partnership through working with Bottlers, the CONA board, and the SLGB to build our system wide North American digital strategy, vision, and customer experience roadmap approach.
Prior to joining CONA in 2020, Sam was the Chief Digital Officer at Coca-Cola Amatil (CCA) where she led similar efforts to digitize processes and systems across the APAC region. This experience positions her to usher continued growth in digital capabilities adoption in the North American market. The digitization of system-wide transactions and interactions remains critical to drive profitable growth for years to come. In this role, Sam will spearhead the Digital Transformation through collaboration and close partnership with both CONA and Mainstream Bottlers and NAOU Digital Marketing to achieve our collective long range business plans.
As her latest and first of many future efforts, Sam is standing up the new CONA Digital Office charged with the ownership and support of the refreshed myCoke product application, architecture, storefronts, marketing, analytics, and insight capabilities. This team will also provide shared services to Bottlers and operate as a Center of Excellence (CoE) to establish and share best practices and growth strategies across the bottler system. Sam will also operationalize cross-system, collaborative governance to provide commercial direction for the refreshed myCoke that ensures the product vision and roadmap is aligned with commercial plans and creates a customer-obsessed digital experience. Sam is uniquely positioned to lead us into the future as we grow the capabilities of our commercial digital journey.”
